Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi State has raised alarm that the Indigenous Individuals of Biafra, IPOB, threatened to kidnap 5 governors from the South East.
The Governor spoke on Sunday at Nwaegu Navy Cantonment in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state.
The Governor attended the official flag-off of Operation Egwu Eke III by the Nigerian Military, 82 Division.
