Chelsea will take on Manchester City in this year’s Carabao Cup, after they defeated Tottenham Hotspur on penalties on Thursday night at Stamford Bridge.
N’Golo Kante and Eden Hazard gave the Blues a 2-0 lead at the break, before Fernando Llorente levelled the tie on aggregate five minutes after the restart.
The semi-final was eventually decided via penalties, where Eric Dier and Lucas Moura missed for Spurs.
City qualified after seeing off Burton Albion 10-0 on aggregate.
The final will be played at Wembley on February 24.
