Singer, Sean Kingston was slammed with a fresh lawsuit for not paying up his dept, from reports, Florida Jewelers known as Haimov claims Kingston traded in his used Rolex for a new $59,000 model, and he have to balance them the remainig $25k.
Unfortunately Kingston chose not to pay for the items at all, although he signed the receipt promising to pay the following day. The remaining balance came to $25k. There was also a diamond bracelet involved in which he could buy for $19k or rent for $4,000.
Kingston was kidnapped earlier this year after refusing to return and pay for jewelries he rented. Now Haimov Jewelers is suing for their money and fans are begging for Kingston’s sake, they don’t resort to kidnapping.
