Pro-Biafra protesters is out with serious rage as they came out in there hundreds of thousands blocking they major roads and bridges in Anambra. For two days now all the major markets in Anambra state has been locked down as a result of the protest.

Soldiers and police officers were deployed to the area and according to some claims via social media, the security personnel opened fire on the protesters.

So far, the town of Onitsha in Anambra State is still on lockdown, reports also said that the major markets in Nnewi has also been affected, causing serious traffic congestions and no traffic across the state.

Protesters are said to have blocked the Niger Bridge which links the town to Asaba, Delta State.

Some of them also reportedly burnt a truck belonging to the company of billionaire, Aliko Dangote.

The ongoing protest was sparked off by the arrest of Kalu by the Department of State Services (DSS).
