President Muhammadu Buhari said yesterday, that effort towards achieving political stability and maintaining peace in Africa will continue to receive support from Nigeria. This was made known by the President while receiving special envoys of President Pierre Nkurunziza of Burundi at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
He said his leadership would keep Nigeria in the forefront of efforts to achieve enduring peace, security and progress in African nations. In a statement by Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu.
This, he said, was because whatever happens elsewhere in Africa affects Nigeria directly or indirectly.
