N95.2billion To Be Spent On Housing Unit – Obiano

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Affordable Building Concepts International Limited to build 10,000 housing units for workers by Anambra State Governor Willie Obiano.

According to the Governor, the project will cost an estimated $476.1m (N95.2b) and will occupy 200 hectares of land.

In his statement, Obiano hoped that the project would bring relief to Ndi Anambra, especially civil servants who lived far away.
