The senate had a close door meeting before the ongoing screening. According to report the essence of the meeting is to address some important issues on the screen.
Also currently the senate is screening President Muhammadu Buhari’s ministerial nominees.
Buhari has so far sent 35 names to the upper legislative chamber, 21 on September 30 and 14 on October 13, 2015.
