We don’t owe players salary-Iorfa

Chairman of Lobi Stars, Dominic Iorfa has revealed domestic League players lied about the true circumstance behind their financial situations with clubs.

The former International told www.footballlive.ng that his club; Lobi Stars, have a adopted a no sign-on fee deal since 2010 but pay players salaries enabling them to keep up players happy because contrary to the norm with some top flight clubs, Lobi Stars don’t owe players a back log of unpaid .

“We stopped paying sign-on fees since 2010 and have resorted to paying just salaries so no player can claim Lobi (Stars) owe them sign on fees.

“We don’t owe our players, but some of them are just outright dubiuos. They try to short change their agents and that has been the case with many players,” the club chairman stated.
