Actress, Gloria Osei Sarfo has revealed that Ghanaian actresses are lacking marriage prospects because men don’t approach them due to certain ideas they have about  actresses.

The Efie Wura TV series hit maker, Gloria, commenting on Kyeiwaa’s recent marriage told Happy FM that,

“I have about heard the issues but I don’t like commenting on issues of this nature because we don’t know what actually happened. I understand it’s the man’s wife who has spoken but I haven’t heard Kyeiwaa or the man’s side and so I don’t want to comment.”

“Everyone can marry but as soon as an actress marries then plenty issues and people start popping up. People always blame us the actresses when issues of this nature pops up but because we are in the limelight we just try to handle it patiently. I think all we have to do is pray to God to bless us with patience to handle issues like this which comes with the glory and fame.”

“We are not refusing to marry because of the controversies that arise after we do; it’s the men who don’t approach us because of certain ideas they have about us. A lot of Ghanaian actresses sit in their closets and cry just because they don’t have husbands and children in their life. We don’t have courageous men who are bold enough to approach us but the few that are bold often turn out not to be the right ones for us.”
