14 Goats Detained By Ogun State Police Command For Being Stolen

The Command’s Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Mrs Folasade Odoro, comfirmed that vehicle loaded with suspected stolen 14 goats in Ede, Ede South Local Government Area of the state has been intercepted by the Osun Police Command on Monday.

According to report, the driver of the car, escaped as the vehicle was sighted with registration number Ondo XF 467 NND at Sekona junction in Ede, around 1:00a.m. on Monday.

Police spokesperson said the driver defied the police stoppage order and veered off. She said that the police team led by one Insp. Ajayi Sunday, chased the driver from Sekona junction to Cemetery Area in Edun- Abon where the driver abandoned the vehicle and escaped before the police could reach the place.
