Kessie latches onto the end of a flick on from a throw in and races towards the edge of the penalty area, before unleashing a powerful effort towards goal. However, Sepe pulls off a brilliant save, tipping it over the crossbar. 4′ Gervinho races in behind the Milan defence and the offside flag doesn’t go up straight away and it appears that he is through on goal. However, after a slight delay, the flag goes up and play is halted. 3′ The visitors are enjoying the early possession here, just keeping it nicely in the middle of the pitch, with Ibrahimovic dropping deep to get his first few touches on the ball.
