Actress Tsholofelo Matshaba is one of Mzansi’s most-loved faces on television. From her days as Meme on Muvhango to her brief role as Molahlegi on Skeem Saam and now Kedibone on The River – there’s no denying her talent. Check out five interesting facts about her that you might have not known.

2. Tsholofelo attended TUT also know as the Tshwane University of Technology between 2002 and 2004. That is where she obtained her National Diploma in Musical Theatre.

2. She’s From Pretoria

Tsholofelo is from Pretoria. She grew up in the township of Mabopane, north of Pretoria.

3. Marriage

The former Muvhango actress was married to former Motsweding FM DJ turned businessman Chris Matshaba. He passed away in 2018 after falling ill.

4. Her Age

Although her current role as Kedibone on The River Mzansi suggests otherwise, the actress as much younger than the character she plays. She’s only 36-years-old. She was born on July 04, 1983.

5. Television Roles

Tsholofelo has starred in over 20 television shows. They include Skeem Saam where she played Molahlegi, wife to Meneer Magongwa. She also starred as gold-digger Meme on Muvhango and Odirile on The Throne.
