Cristiano Ronaldo has demanded for a major overhaul at Juventus after the Italian side got knocked out of the UEFA Champions League by Ajax on Tuesday.
Despite enjoying a 1-1 draw at Amsterdam with the goal provided by Ronaldo, Juventus couldn’t manage a home win as they lost 2-1 to Ajax in Turin.
According to Ronaldo who won three Champions League titles in succession with Real Madird and appeared in eight consecutive semi-finals, the rigid tactics employed by manager Max Allegri is something he finds awkward.
The 34-year-old Portuguese was signed last summer in a €112million deal and was expected to guarantee the Serie A champions’ quest to win the trophy.
