Former president Olusegun Obasanjo has arrived London few hours after he was spotted at an airport in Nigeria. He trip is coming days after the presidential and national assembly elections which were held last Saturday.
Obasanjo was spotted at Heathrow airport by a UK based Nigerian man, Femi Anjorin, who took to Facebook with a picture of the both of them which he captioned:
Just now at Heathrow airport T3 with Baba Obasanjo. I asked him, “Sir, why did you not support Buhari?”… he couldn’t look me in the face! Baba looked away and say “Nigeria Aa’daa” .
The former president took the trip shortly after the Independent National Electoral Commission, declared President Buhari the winner of the presidential election which held om Saturday, February 23.
