Nigerian frontline standup comedian, Francis Agoda, popularly known as ‘I Go Die’, on Wednesday congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari on his success in the presidential election.
DAILY POST recalls that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Wednesday morning declared Buhari as the winner of the 2019 presidential election.
Buhari, who contested under the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), scored a total of 15,191,847 to beat his main challenger, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who scored 11,262,978.
I Go Die shared a video online showing where Buhari was addressing Nigerians after winning the election.
According to him, Buhari will be the last old aged president that will rule Nigeria.
I Go Die, in an Instagram post on Wednesday, wrote: “YOU WILL BE THE LAST OLD AGED RECYCLED PRESIDENT THAT WILL RULE NIGERIA.
“NATURE HAS GIVEN YOU ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO REBUILD NIGERIAN, A MEANS TO DISCOVER THE NEXT GENERATION LEADERS.
“Congratulations on your victory. Nature has given you another opportunity to rebuild Nigeria, a means to discover the next generation leaders. Please do find it a rare privilege to advance the course of youthful leadership, by looking for Nigerian youths all over the world that can add their creativity to advance your administration… you will be the last old aged president that will rule Nigeria, once again congratulations.
