Kim Kardashian breaks the internet again with a stunning Thierry Mugler dress she wore to the Hollywood Beauty Awards. She was accompanied by hairstylist Chris Appleton to the event which took place on Sunday.
The Thierry Mugler dress, which she has had for a while, has been labeled by many as “boobs belt” for the way it wraps over the nipples.
