Kelly Rowland has been dropping hints on social media that she’s set for a proper return to the music after a hiatus.

The Destiny’s Child singer has not released an album since Talk a Good Game in 2013 but she announced her comeback when she dropped a self titled song in November. However, Kelly is now back with a brand new single called ‘Crown’ which aims at uplifting kids and others who are bullied over their unique hair. “I wear my crown / Show it off, go girl Show it off, go girl / My hair, my crown / Wear it how you want, girl / Show it off, go girl,” she sings on the chorus of the infectious track.
The video starring girls from different backgrounds is a reflection of the song’s concept. It is directed by Hannah Lux Davis in collaboration with Dove. Watch it below.
