Voting has commenced at Otuocha1 (polling 001). According to Chief Eddy Okoye (Onanze Aguleri) Voting started at 8am this morning without hitches. He described the process as peaceful and orderly.
When asked if there is any undue interference from IPOB and security agents, he said there is no such thing, saying that the election is the best ever witnessed in the history of the community.
