The statement was made by chief sponsor of #UpwithTonyNwoye, Prince Donatus Okonkwo, who expressed imperative dissatisfaction on the modus operandi of the press in Anambra state. He says that the alleged issues surrounding the APC gubernatorial candidate, Hon. Tony Nwoye is unscrupulous and driven by propagandists.

Therefore, the media must at all times engage investigation before throwing out contents to the public. He emphasised that, Hon. Tony is a sincere, steadfast and astute leader especially in issues that bothers on human development and infrastructural revolution. He says, “Anambrians should shun the various insincere assertions made by selfish politicians who use public offices to enrich themselves by promoting injustice and dilapidation of structures and systems in Anambra state”.
