Another air mishap has happened in Brazil days after 71 Brazilian footballers lost their lives in a plane crash. The latest however a marital surprise turned tragic.
The accident involved an lady Rosemere do Nascimento Silva, 32 who wanted to surprise his about to be husband, Udirley Narques Damasceno, 34, and 300 other guests in Sao Laurenco da Serra, Sao Paulo, by flying a helicopter to their wedding ceremony.
The wedding organiser Carlos Eduardo Batista, told The Sun News, that “all the laughter and joy got “sucked out of the room” the instant everyone knew as “no one knew how to react to this enormous tragedy, “Everyone expected a day of joy but it turned into a day of horror”.
The stunt ended up tragically as the helicopter crashed few meters away from the wedding event.
