Man Was Discovered Hanged To Death In Lag; Suicide Or Murder

This man was discovered at an unfinished building hanged to death. So far its difficult to determine if he was murdered or he committed suicide. As the economic downturn in the country bites harder, some people who can no longer cope with the hardship have taken the extreme measures; suicide.
