Biafra Leader: Nnamdi Kanu’s Legal Team Withdraw From His Case

Based the case of treasonable felony on the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu’s legal team declared their withdrawal from his case today, Jan. 29, as the justice ruled on the case, thereby denying Biafra leader’s bail.

Vincent Obetta asked the court to strike out his name as Kanu’s counsel after a huge rattle over the legal representation for the accused person. Nnamdi Kanu in a letter disclosed that his lawyers were Chuks Muoma (SAN) and Ifeanyi Ejiofor, excluding Udechukwu, and Vincent Obetta, the counsel.

The judge however refused Kanu’s bail.
