This accident occurred at the Iyana-Itire junction along the Oshodi-Apapa expressway Lagos this morning, which left two persons dead on the spot.
Report from witnesses said, One person actually came out alive. The two cars involved in the accident were about to go help another accident victim when a trailer ran into them killing two people
