Across the state, report says that accreditation is still going on at all polling units across the state as voting is expected to start by 1pm prompt.
So far, the accreditation remains peaceful in the state with no record of violence.
Also, there has been calm and peaceful discharge of duties by the law enforcement agencies.
There are no military men on the roads at the state capital while mobile police men, civil defence officers, road safety officials and the Navy took control of the area.
There are also claims that money is being given out at some polling units before the real voting starts.
