On Thursday, November 12, hundreds of pro-Biafra agitators, hit the major streets Owerri, Imo State and called for the release of Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, Radio Biafra Operator.
Members of the agitators group have refused to give up the struggle, many year after the civil war.
The Republic of Biafra is divided into four main “tribes”: the Igbos, the Ibibio-Efiks, the Ijaws and the Ogojas.
If finally granted its request, these States will no longer be in Nigeria:
Abia
Anambra
Akwa Ibom
Bayelsa
Enugu
Ebonyi
Imo
Delta
Rivers
Cross River
Igbanke in Edo
Southern part of Benue state
