A Review On $500 million Project To Be Reviewed By World Bank

A review on the  (about N100billion) Nigerian Erosion and Watershed Management Project (NEWMAP) will be reviewed by the World Bank January next year.

This was made known by world bank yesterday saying it would enable it to advance implementation of the project in the country.

The bank, through NEWMAP, had committed the $500 million to the management of erosion in seven states of Abia, Anambra, Cross River, Ebonyi, Edo, Enugu, and Imo with an eight year project life span.
