The President expressed support for Prince Abubakar Audu to be thethe standard bearer for All Progressives Congress (APC).
Mallam Garba shehu,Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, confirmed in a statement that Audu was not Buhari’s preferred candidate in the primary election thereby countering the editorials which states otherwise.
According to him, the President understand Audu’s outstanding role in his emergence as the APC presidential candidate, adding that it was incumbent on all forces to rally round Audu to effect the change in the state.
From the report report so far, shows that the President Muhammadu Buhari has nothing against Abubakar Audu, APC governorship candidate in Kogi State.
