Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity stated yesterday that the date for the inauguration of the ministers can only be decided by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Femi Adesina made this known yesterday at the 25th anniversary of the Scriptural Union of Nigeria, Abuja area and presentation of its book ‘Acts of the Pilgrims’, according to his statement, after screening what usually follow is inauguration. Its only the president that has the mandate as he is recruiting the ministers to work with him. So we have to be patient until he makes a pronouncement on the date he will be inaugurating them.”
Also the former military Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon, urged Nigerians to unite and face the security challenges confronting the nation.
