Report from NASA said that the event will take between November 15 and November 29, 2015.
According to officials, an astronomical event between Venus and Jupiter will be responsible for this “November Blackout”.
The Head of NASA Charles Bolden who was appointed by President Obama, issued a 1000 page document explaining the event to the White House.
