The victim identified has Paul Briley, was one of the five people struck at the Fiesta Nightclub in San Jose, California during the “Chis Brown Capricorn Bash”, and has filed a suit against Breezy and the venue for negligence and carelessness.
According to BET, 22-year old Briley argues that the club should have had proper security measures in place, such as metal detectors, and searching bags for guns due to similar incidents at events hosted by Brown.
Briley’s attorney, Richard Alexander, said in a statement that He said “this shooting should never have happened”.
