Bukola Saraki in a bid to stop his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).
The Court of Appeal in Abuja, today, October 30, 2015, dismissed the appeal filed by Senate President.
The CCT is trying Saraki on charges of asset declaration fraud brought against him by the Code of Conduct Bureau.
